I visited Cheryl for a massage when I was feeling stressed and was carrying tension in my body. I had bad posture and was suffering with head and neck pain.
Cheryl took time to understand what I wanted to get from the massage and she then personalised the massage to my needs and preferences. She applied the appropriate pressure to stimulate blood circulation and drain the lymph system helping detoxify my body. This was the best and most effective massage I have ever experienced.
I now visit Cheryl regularly, as well as relieving aches and pains in my muscles, the massage relaxes me and I always leave feeling re-energised. I would highly recommend Cheryl and her massaging techniques to anyone who values their health and well being; mine has significantly improved since having regular massage with Cheryl.
